We have several different arrangements for parking at the Bury St Edmunds & Farmers Club.

Casual parking in unallocated parking spaces

Our unallocated parking is, generally, reserved for members. However, in certain cases we permit people attending weddings and other events at the Club to use the car park – especially if the event is taking place outside our usual opening hours.

All unallocated parking is subject to availability and unfortunately we cannot offer exclusive use of the car park.

Access is controlled by barriers, operated either by the member’s club membership card or a special code.

Members may enjoy one hour of free parking per day. After that, they will be charged for all parking between the hours of 9am and 6pm. After 6pm, and on Sundays, parking is free. The hourly charge is £1.50.

For non-members, when permitted to use the car park, a charge will apply, whatever the time of day they park.

Long-term (Reserved) Car Parking

Members may buy long-term parking (24/365) car parking in the lower part of our car park. They will each have an allocated space, reserved for their use. This car parking is in short supply and is allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.

Access to the lower car park is controlled by a second barrier, which only the members with long-term parking can pass.

Long-term car parking costs £990 per year (£825 + VAT).
