Friday 14th June – French Club Night

 

The next themed ‘Club Night’ will be a French night, kicking off the start of our French weekend. On Friday 14th June, we invite members and guests to enjoy a two or three-course meal at the Club.

French Onion Soup
Chicken Liver and Pineau Pate, Toasted Brioche

Chicken Chasseur
Plaice Meunière
both served with seasonal vegetables

Vanilla Crème Brulee, Sable Biscuit
Tarte Tatin, Calvados Ice Cream

 

Come for happy hour first (starts at 5.30pm).

Individual tables are available between 6-8.30pm or you can request to join a ‘Club Table’ to dine with other members.

 

Saturday 15th June – Le Mans Extravaganza

 

We rev this event from Saturday at mid-day with a thirty minute video of the 1957 race, think Jag D Type v Ferrari v Maserati. To include, wonderful period atmosphere and even a bit of Lotus 11 from Keith Banks.

Lunch will be a French Circuit style buffet, merguez sausages, steak hache, roast chicken pieces, frites and a lot more. The cost for the buffet is £15 per person.

We will also have a Champagne Stand, which, weather permitting will be in our wonderful garden, naturally our bar will be operating as usual.

This will certainly be an event not to miss – with great food and atmosphere, plenty to drink and fast cars, what more do you need….?

 

Sunday 16th June

 

Sunday, we will again be serving Champagne and our bar will be open as usual. Lunch on the day will be a Roast, as in does coincide with Fathers Day, if you wish to book table do let us know. Click here for the menu.
